Daniela has studied and worked in Switzerland, Germany and China. She has good cross cultural knowledge with solid industry background.

In 1992 and 1993, she did industry research in Wuhan, China. From early 1994 to the end of 1995, she worked first for Credit Suisse, in Zurich and in Shanghai as the assistant to the Branch Manager. During that time, she set Personnel Department, organized the infrastructure for expatriates and major customer events in China and Malaysia.

In 1996, Daniela works fulltime for cross-cultural communication and management coach between Europe and Asia, Germany-China, Switzerland-Germany. She has successfully coached a lot of international corporations, like BOSCH, BASF and so on.

Languages: Fluent in German, English and Chinese, all orally and in the written language
